Approximately 550 people attended the third BarCamp Nashville on Saturday, October 17, 2009, at Cadillac Ranch to see over 60 presentations and panel discussions. The day concluded with the After Event at The Big Bang, including Nashville's first-ever Ignite sessions and some interesting Open Mic Reactions. Watch the videos to catch a bit of what happened. And please thank our sponsors whenever you have the chance—as we couldn't hold this event without their generous support.

BarCamp has become the premier technology conference in Nashville, bringing together the best minds and representation of the hottest companies in the internet, entrepreneurial, new media, and software industries, among others. BarCamp was brought to Nashville by Marcus Whitney and Dave Delaney in 2007. It's free to attend and the un-conference format encourages community learning: attendees are also encouraged to sign up to present a session.

Join us next year for Nashville's free "un"-conference for the digital and technical community. Sign up on the website to be notified by email or follow us on Twitter for updates.

More than 60 sessions were presented at BarCamp Nashville 2009 and we've got video from many of them. Check the streams below, organized by session room.

Of course, you already know BarCamp Nashville will be held this Saturday, October 17th, at Cadillac Ranch in downtown Nashville (doors open at 8 am, map). But you might have a few questions about how things will go down. We've got you covered.

What should I do before Saturday to prepare?

The fun and learning at BarCamp don't end after the last session at 4:00. Just walk a block up Broadway to The Big Bang to keep the buzz, er, conversation going.

As of last night, we had several more sessions created than we have formal slots to fill, which is great! It means there should be some seed ideas for the impromptu room. The program organizers will soon begin laying out the day's schedule in a way that allows the most people to attend the most sessions.
