Bio: 
UX, IA, IXD, Content strategy. What do your users need? I've helped digital agencies, tech startups, Fortune 500s, healthcare companies, financial services, law firms and non-profits. I started working to match business goals and audience needs when the internet went commercial, at Yoyodyne Entertainment / Seth Godin Productions (acquired by Yahoo!). Before the internet (and before iPhones), I was a reporter for newspapers and a wire service. My interviewing and story telling skills built my bridge from journalism to interactive media in 1995, in NYC/Silicon Alley. And when you get to where you're going, there you are. My masters degree in Public Policy Studies is from the University of Chicago. I did a summer internship with the New York City Mayor's Office. Question: Is the similarity of the aspect ratio of the backlit, overhead ads on the NYC subways and the 468x60 banner ads of the early web a conscious or coincidental artifact of the roots of the digital agency business?
