Understanding cultural differences can make the difference between failed interactions and a solid relationship. Whether hiring subs from another country, outsourcing, or just interacting with clients and foreign hires here in the U.S., our ability to understand the expectations of others--and to communicate the bizarre way in which our own culture operates can dramatically improve both the flow of work and relationships. In  this session, I'll share a framework for understanding cultural differences, and then let you experiment with these differences...and perhaps gain some insight into how YOU sound to others.
