Born and raised in Nashville, Rebecca has been involved in the city's non-profit community. Rebecca currently serves as the Director of Applied Research for the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce. In 2012, she participated in Start-up Chile where she developed a program to teach English Through Sports (LETS Play) and gave trainings on adjusting to Chilean life and business culture. She has lived in worked in several different countries, and has studied and worked with people from over 50 different countries. Following her time at the Center for Refugees and Immigrants of Tennessee, she developed Cultural Sensitivity Training Program to facilitate cross-cultural understanding.
